There is no item level requirement to partake in #FriendshipMoose, you just have to be level 100 and the right faction.
If you are interested in being a carrier for any of the groups, get ahold of the respective person putting together the run, and for carriers they're looking for 720+ with multiple recent kills on Heroic Archimonde.
Most of the time there are multiple runs in a night, just because you're a little late doesn't mean you've missed out!
