Mumble and Moose Run Question

I recently installed the Mumble onto my computer but am not familiar with how it works. If I am selected for a run, am I provided an account name to connect to in Mumble?

Also, am I reading the post correctly? Is there a 24 hour run scheduled on the Alliance side starting at midnight on 07/16?
